Live Oak Home Inspections, LLC is locally owned and solely operated by Matthew Angotti. Thus when you contact me with any questions or concerns, you simply deal with one person. I have almost 20 years of experience as a professional home inspector, with three and a half of those years spent mentoring under a gentleman with 25 years experience.
All of my experience is based in Charleston, thus I understand the unique characteristics and complexities of the areas real estate, whether a historic property, new construction or condominium.
I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and a SC Licensed Home Inspector #1339.
